Save the date: “20 years of Poland in the EU – challenges and opportunities for the Polish public procurement system” Conference

During the international conference organized by the Public Procurement Law Association and the Chair of European Law at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Law and Administration, Polish and foreign experts will discuss how EU public procurement law has shaped Polish regulations and has influenced and continues to influence how they are applied in practice. The theme of the event is the 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union.
Topics to be discussed include demonstrating fulfilment of the experience condition, grounds for exclusion, the functioning of consortia and the use of third parties, and amendments to public procurement contracts.

The event will bring together international and Polish academics and public procurement practitioners, as well as representatives of state institutions.
The conference will be conducted in English.
